This Software Agreement (the Agreement) provides the terms and conditions under which Mari J Michaelis is willing to grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the computer software supplied with this Agreement. By continuing the installation and use of Wallpaper Hanger & Screen Saver (the Software), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement between the Licensee (you) and the Author (Mari J Michaelis).

This Software Agreement (the Agreement) provides the terms and conditions under which Mari J Michaelis is willing to grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the computer software supplied with this Agreement. By continuing the installation and use of Wallpaper Hanger & Screen Saver (the Software), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement between the Licensee (you) and the Author (Mari J Michaelis).

Evaluation:

This Software is not free or public domain software and is subject to copyright. The Software includes a disabling mechanism to prevent the use of the Software after the evaluation period (10 days) unless the appropriate registration license code is entered. Your right to use any part of the Software after the expiration of the evaluation period is subject to your registering as a user and the payment of the registration license fee. You may make additional evaluation copies of the Software and distribute evaluation copies of the Software to others, providing that each copy is an exact copy and that a newer version of this Software does not exist.

Ownership:

The Software included in this installation program, the documentation and all copies of the Software and printed materials, are owned by Mari J Michaelis and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret laws and international treaty provisions. The Software is licensed and not sold.

Registration and responsibilities of License:

Instructions for how to register are included within the Software. Upon receipt of the registration fee in U.S. dollars, the registration code is sent to the Licensee via email. The Author may provide registered users with customer support related to the Software via email.

Upon completion of registration, this Single-user License Agreement permits the use of one copy of the Software, which is licensed as a single product to an individual (you, the Licensee). If the Licensee uses two computers, you may install a copy of the Software on that second computer.

You may not make any unauthorized copies of the Software or distribute, sell, rent, or lease the registration license code. You have the right to make a copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes. A license for the Software may not be shared.

Copyright:

All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE (including but not limited to any images, sound files, and text incorporated into or accompanying the SOFTWARE) and any copies of the SOFTWARE, are owned by Mari J Michaelis. Licensee acknowledges that the Software is protected by copyright. You may not copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, modify, rent, lease, sublicense, adapt or create derivative works based on the Software or Documentation. You may not decompile, disassemble, nor reverse engineer the Software.

Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability:

The Author does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error free. The Author intends that the Software will be used for entertainment purposes only.

The Software is provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or of any other type, whether express or implied. In any event, the Author's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for registering the Software. Licensee agrees that neither the Author nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of the Software shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data or use, business interruption, loss or inaccuracy of information) incurred by yourself or any third party in connection with or arising out of use of the Software, even if the Author or any distributors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination of License:

The License will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall destroy all copies of the Software.

Acknowledgment:

To acknowledge that you, the Licensee, have read the above Agreement in full, have fully understood its terms and agree to be bound thereby, you may continue with the installation of Wallpaper Hanger & Screen Saver by clicking on the I AGREE button below.
